Say NO to Stress Workshop

Workshop aims:
Provide an opportunity for staff to reflect on their working practices/environment and explore practical ways to enable them to manage stress and anxiety more effectively.
The emphasis will be on the importance of self care to avoid “burn out”, releive stress and to refocus on their own wellbeing.
The workshop is both interactive and experiential, packed full of practical tools.
Content
• Understand the impact of stress and be alert to initial tell tale signs
• Stress inducing beliefs and how to change them
• Does your personality type contribute to your stress
• Manage my time effectively
• Say NO assertively
• Learn to relax my body and mind
• Create an action plan, Say NO to STRESS
The workshop can be tailored to meet your specific organisational needs, however this is the general outline which has proved effective.
